Top Irish Makeup Artists that I admire

Three Top Irish Makeup Artists that I admire

As part of my makeup course in Vanity X Makeup Academy, I was asked to talk about three top Irish Makeup artists that I admire and inspire me. The dream would be to one day get an opportunity to work with any three of these amazing women in the industry I am passionate about. #girlboss

Here is a look at my top three:

Tara O’Farrell:

  1. tara

Tara has worked in the makeup industry for over 9 years. She is a freelance makeup artist, blogger and model with Andrea Roche modelling agency. I attended one of Tara’s makeup masterclasses in the Westbury Hotel last year which was amazing and have been obsessed with her flawless dewy makeup looks for many years. Tara has been involved in all areas of makeup including film & TV shoots, fashion shoots, model portfolios, wedding and fashion shows. She does regular makeup masterclasses all over Ireland and demo’s her skills at Pippa’s fashion factories time and time again. She inspires me to want to have an amazing career in the industry I love and doing what I am passionate about.

Michelle Ragazzoli Stone

Michelle is another amazing Irish artist that I look up to and admire in the makeup industry. She has over ten years industry experience and spent many years working for MAC, worked on campaigns for RTE, TV3 Xpose and many publications and magazines like VIP, RSVP, Hello and Closer. Michelle is also much sought after for her flawless Bridal looks and even flew to Ibiza to do Rosanna Davidson’s 2014 stunning bridal look which was credited in Hello Magazine. She is still Rosanna Davidson’s go to makeup artist and also has regular clients such as Pippa O’Connor, Sarah Harding and Suzanne Jackson. I am attending one of her makeup masterclasses next month and look forward to learning her top tips.

Kim O’Sullivan

Kim is super multi-talented in both makeup and beauty which are both areas that I am passionate about and specialise in making her a massive role model for me. She is one of Irelands most sought after makeup artist and brow artist and has no less than fifteen years’ experience under her belt. She won best makeup artist in IMAGE magazine’s 2014 awards. Kim is also an elite makeup trainer (the dream!!!!) and owner of the Dublin Makeup Academy.
